6. Award Bid for the purchase of a 2025 Peterbilt 537 Truck with a 10-yard Dump Bed from Rush Truck Center through the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative

7. A Resolution of City of Plainview authorizing the filing of a grant application with the South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) for a regional solid wastegrants program grant; authorizing Mayor to act on behalf of City of Plainview in all matters related to the application; and pledging that if a grant is received City of Plainview will comply with the grant requirements of the South Plains Association of Governments, the Texas Commission On Environmental Quality and the State of Texas. 8. Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
