A Resolution of the City of Plainview, Texas Finding That the Statement of Intent of Atmos Energy Corp., West Texas Division to Change Rates Filing Within the City Should be Denied; Finding that the City’s Reasonable Rate Case Expenses Shall be Reimbursed by the Company; Finding that the Meeting at Which this Resolution is Passed is Open to the Public as Required by Law; Requiring Notice of this Resolution to the Company and Legal Counsel. 5. Award of Bid for Horizontal Baler and Conveyor

6. Consider a Sole Source Award with Andritz Separation Inc. for the Belt Press Recondition Project and authorize the City Manager to sign the necessary documents.

7. Consider a Sole Source Award with Schwing Bioset for the Belt Press Conveyor Recondition Project and authorize the City Manager to sign the necessary documents.

8. Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. City Manager
