A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas, Awarding the Primary Bank Depository Services Contract to Happy State Bank and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute any and all Contracts and Other Agreements Incident to the Establishment of the Primary Bank Depository Relationship; the Initial Contract Term Shall Begin on October 1, 2026 and end on September 30, 2029 with the Option for Two One Year Extensions under the Same Terms and Conditions. Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code § 551.071 to seek advice from legal counsel about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers or as required under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State of Texas when in conflict with Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 551 (Settlement Agreement with Henthorn Commercial Construction, LLC)
