An Ordinance of the City of Plainview Granting a Special Use Permit ("SUP") to Operate an Indoor Amusement Redemption Game Room in General Commercial ("GC") Zoning District at 808 W. 5th Street, Plainview, Texas Pursuant to Sections 14.04.003 and 14.13.004 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Plainview, Texas; Providing a Penalty, Effective Date, a Savings Clause, and a Severability Clause; and Providing for Publication (Ordinance No. 26-3788 -Second Reading)
5. Discuss and take action terminating the agreement with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP for the collection of delinquent municipal court fines and fees.
6. Discuss and take action to adopt Written Findings regarding a Contingent Fee Contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, L.L.P. pursuant to Section 2254.1036 of the Government Code. (The notice of said findings is posted with the agenda in accordance with Section 2254.1036 of the Government Code.)
7. Discuss and take action to approve a Contingent Fee Contract with Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins and Mott, L.L.P. for the collection of delinquent municipal court fines and fees and to adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute said contract.

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas Authorizing the Filing of a Grant Application With the United States Department of Justice Through the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services to Seek Funding for the Hiring of Two Police Officer Positions; Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Act on Behalf of the City of Plainview in all Matters Related to the Application; and Agreeing to Comply With the Terms and Conditions of the Grant if Awarded (Resolution R26-704)
10. A Resolution of the City of Plainview, Texas Adopting Appendix A (Kidsville Concept Plan) and Appendix B (Broadway Park Concept Plan) as Appendices to the City's Parks, Recreation, Trails, And Open Spaces Comprehensive Master Plan. (Resolution R26-705)
11. Convene into executive session pursuant to Texas Gov't Code § 551.087 to discuss or deliberate regarding an offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the City of Plainview.
